Wellbeing - An ongoing journey, not just a FAD…

Wellbeing is such a buzz word, the wellbeing market is booming, the influence of digital and social media is increasing with new trends constantly arising.  People everywhere are constantly striving to be more, to feel more, to live longer, to look better, to be better... to be perfect.   Somehow the quest for wellbeing has become overwhelming and stressful and inherently having the opposite effect of wellbeing!

Hi, I’m Terressa the Wellbeing Hub Coordinator and Hub Supervisor. Over the last 12 years I have been on the wellbeing rollercoaster, I have signed up for 6-week challenges, detoxes, boot camps, cleanses and so much more.  Some of the programs I have signed up to have been a complete waste of money and time while others have been great at getting me motivated and getting me on track, but the biggest problem with all these expensive and time-consuming programs, is that my wellbeing is more than just a 6-week fad, it is a journey.

As my journey continues, I have learnt that I have a passion for helping others become their best selves. I don’t want to tell you how to live your best life, you are the expert in your life, and I am on my own journey. I want to walk beside you, journey with you and use the tools I have learnt to help you by filling the gap between where you are now, and where you want to be. By identifying where growth is desired, setting goals and objectives, and holding accountability, together, we can reach our highest goals and dreams.

So, if you are going through a stage in your life where you feel lost, confused, or conflicted.  you may feel disconnected to the people around you or even with yourself, have a lack of motivation, or lack of understanding of your purpose, you are not alone. These feelings are more common than you would think, and through the Wellbeing Hub we can work together on our individual journeys, share our wins and our frustrations, share tips and tricks, offer guidance and support.
